Pesto Pasta Pronto

A luxuriously creamy , super easy comfort food.

ingredients

1/3 jar King Valley Basil Pesto

2/3 cup cream / coconut cream

parmesan cheese

pasta to serve 2–3 people

olive oil

method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute pesto over medium low heat until fragrant – approx 3 mins
  2. Add cream or coconut cream and heat to a low simmer
  3. Stir through cooked pasta with a little pasta cooking water to help emulsify the sauce
  4. Top with parmesan cheese
