Chilli, Capsicum & Chardonnay Pasta Sauce

A favourite for Chilli lovers. Ruby red and rich in colour and flavour, our addition of roasted Capsicum is superb. Serve on your favourite pasta or even spread on the base of your homemade pizza.  Pour over chicken pieces or cutlets and bake in a moderate oven. It goes great with rice or creamy mashed potato. Also serve the sauce warm on top of a crumbed schnitzel topped with mozzarella cheese for a delicious parmigiana.
