Kalamata & Shiraz Pasta Sauce
If you love your olives then this is the sauce for you! We blend olives into our rich sauce, as well as adding sliced olives. This way you can both see and enjoy the texture of the olives we use. Shiraz from the king valley rounds the flavours of brilliantly. Serve on your favourite pasta or even spread on the base of your homemade pizza. Pour over chicken pieces or cutlets and bake in a moderate oven. It goes great with rice or creamy mashed potato. Also serve the sauce warm on top of a crumbed schnitzel topped with mozzarella cheese for a delicious parmigiana.
