Mint & Pumpkin Seed Pesto

We grow this gorgeous mint and hand pick it. We wash and then blend with crunchy pumpkin & pepita seeds. The result is this deliciously fresh Pesto. It tastes sensational tossed through your favourite pasta salad recipe. Stir through greek yoghurt as a side for curries.
