Parsley & Pistachio Pesto

Nothing smells nicer than fresh parsley as we wash & chop it ready to add to whole pistachio kernels, ready to blend into our deliciously fresh Pesto. It tastes sensational tossed through fresh cooked pasta, a highlight on any nibble platter, bruschetta or can be used as a dip.
