Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

We puree whole raspberries and steep them in white wine vinegar. The result is a rich true raspberry mouthful. Perfect drizzled over any favourite garden or roast Vegetable salad. Swirl through a good quality extra virgin olive oil in a serving dish; serve with crusty bread and soft cheese.

This is gluten free, dairy free, and contains no artificial additives.
